MY VOCATION
THE COACH
As a Professional Certified Business & Life Coach (PCC | ICF), I am trained according to the statutes of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with additional specialization in "Nonviolent Communication/ NVS" © according to Marshall B. Rosenberg, Clean Space©, Narrative Coaching according to Dr. David Drake, and trauma-sensitive coaching.
As a passionate HR Executive, I have been coaching and mentoring individuals and groups at all specialist and management levels in the international high-tech industry since 1997. Supporting professional leadership development and personal growth has been an innate part of my HR role from the very beginning. It is keeping me connected to the reality of corporate life, along with all its opportunities and challenges.

MY IDENTITY
THE HERITAGE
As the eldest daughter of Greek immigrants, I came to Germany with my parents a few years after my birth in 1971.
My childhood was marked by strong family bonds, discipline, a sense of duty, traumatic experiences — and the burden of having to shoulder more responsibility than a young person should have to bear. The long summer vacations in the Mediterranean heat and the healing closeness of the sea were a balm for my nervous system, which had been conditioned from an early age to focus on survival and the needs of others.
With transgenerational trauma and a childhood cut short in my genes, concepts like home and identity remain very important to me to this day. Growing up between two worlds and cultures means, for me, being rooted in both and yet not feeling completely at home in either. And yet: What sounds dramatic, I now see as a gift, as opportunities for growth, and as a diversity of choices.
And for me, home is not a place; it has no passport and no borders. Home is the feeling I associate with the presence of and connection to people—whether blood relatives or not—who are close to my heart, including my coachees and clients.
Today I also know that identity is constantly evolving. It is shaped by our experiences, grows through challenges, and finds peace in understanding why we are who we are.
Life is growth — even in situations that initially seem like hardship.

BEYOND THE FOAM
THE POWER OF INNER CONNECTION
The fairy tale of The Little Mermaid has always moved me. She gave up her voice and her life to belong to a world that was so different to her own.
But what if she hadn’t given herself up?
What if she hadn’t sacrificed her voice?
What if she had made room for her needs even on land?
If she had remained connected to her depths even beyond the shores of that other, seemingly perfect world?
True strength does not come from losing ourselves, but from staying connected to ourselves: to our inner voice, our values, our needs. This connection is the greatest responsibility we bear in our lives. This is not selfishness; on the contrary, it is the foundation for a fulfilling life and genuine connections with others. Even if we have forgotten how: we are allowed to make ourselves a priority, we are allowed to stand up for ourselves—and to show ourselves the same understanding we extend to others.
My coaching is a safe haven for anyone who has drifted away from themselves and is seeking the path back.
Let’s rewrite your story together.
