I take the privacy of users of my website and/or mobile app (the “Website” or the “Mobile App”) very seriously and am committed to protecting the information that users provide to us in connection with their use of my Website and/or Mobile App (collectively, “Digital Assets”). What data do I collect?

Please note that my services enable social interactions (e.g., publicly posting content, information, and comments, as well as chatting with other users).
Please note that any content or data you provide in these areas may be read, recorded, and used by other people.
I advise against posting or sharing information that you do not want to make public. If you upload content to my digital assets or otherwise make it available while using a service, you do so at your own risk.
I cannot control the actions of other users or members of the public who have access to your data or content. How can I protect your data?
The hosting service for digital assets provides us with the online platform through which I can offer you my services.
Your data may be stored via my hosting provider's data storage, databases, and general applications.
It stores your data on secure servers behind a security system and provides secure HTTPS access to most areas of its services.
Regardless of the measures and efforts taken by me and my hosting provider, we cannot guarantee absolute protection and security of the data you upload, publish, or otherwise share with us or others.
What about data from minors?
My services are not intended for users who are not yet of legal age. I will not knowingly collect data from children. If you are not yet of legal age, you should not download or use the services or provide us with any information.
I reserve the right to request proof of age at any time so that I can verify whether minors are using our services.
If I learn that a minor is using my services, I may prohibit that user from accessing our services and block them, and I may delete any data I have stored about that user.
