​I am endlessly curious. I love learning, travelling, and exploring how people, cultures, and history shape the world we live in. For reasons I cannot fully explain, Scotland holds a special place in my heart. Its landscapes, history, and stories never fail to draw me back.

When I'm not coaching or facilitating workshops, you'll often find me with a book, an audiobook in my ears, or practicing Tai Chi. I buy books much faster than I can read them, convinced that the right one always finds its moment.

I also have a soft spot for disco and mirror balls. There is something magical about the way they reflect light. Perhaps it is a reminder that we are all beautiful compositions of shiny, imperfect fragments, and that we come to know ourselves through our connection with others.

Yet, it is the ocean that holds a very special place in my heart. Its dance of light, movement, and depth reminds me that everything is in constant flow, that change is part of our nature, and that beneath the surface lie worlds of color, wonder, and stories waiting to be explored. More than anything, it gives me something I find almost nowhere else: stillness, renewed energy, and the feeling of being able to breathe deeply again whenever life and breathing on land feel a little too tight.

Born in Greece and raised in Germany, I am shaped by two cultures and a large, lively Greek family that taught me the value of connection, resilience, and never leaving a table hungry.

And then there is the question of home. For me, home is not a place, a passport, or a set of coordinates. Home is found in a sense of belonging, meaningful connections, shared experiences, and the people who accompany us on our journey through life.
